Reiki:
Reiki is an ancient healing art that taps into the universal life force energy to heal the body, mind & spirit. The practitioner places her hands on various energy centers to do the balancing as the client rests.
Reiki is very gentle and relaxing, yet can be very powerful and profoundly healing. Reiki is very effective at relieving stress and reducing pain. It can also speed up the healing process following injury, trauma or medical treatments.
BodyTalk:
The energy circuits of the bodymind complex are reset by following a protocol. This is done through a form of muscle testing that allows the practitioner to communicate with the innate wisdom of the client. The practitioner places her hands on various energy points while gently using tapping techniques to integrate the balancing.
BodyTalk is effective for dealing with all levels of healing (physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual). BodyTalk can be very helpful for clients with a specific health condition or mental-emotional focus. It can also aid with spiritual growth.
Brennan-Style Healing:
The practitioner draws on finely-tuned energy work skills and intuition to balance the energy system by laying her hands on various energy centers directly on and just off of the body. The session may include chakra balancing, aura clearing, hara alignment, and core-star healing.
Brennan-style healing may involve deeper-level work around core wound issues. It can be very helpful for those focused on personal growth, soul-level healing and spiritual development.
Acupressure:
Drawing on the Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine systems, the practitioner balances the energy system and bodymind complex by applying pressure with the hands and fingertips to specific energy points on the body.
Flower Essences:
Flower essences are used to address emotional wellbeing, soul development and mind-body health. They are subtle liquid extracts that are generally taken orally at the start or end of a session. Sometimes a home remedy bottle is prepared for the client to support the integration of the session.
